To register your team with D&J Sports, fill out the Team Registration form on this page. Be sure to include what suit, apparel and equipment you require for your team members.

You can see a sample of team package uniforms and supplies on this page.

After we get your team program organized, we will provide you with a team log-in and password. Your team members can log in at their convenience to place their orders. Team members will also be able to purchase other merchandise from our website on the same order as their team gear.

Shop the D & J Sports website so you can prepare your list of swim suit and equipment requirements in advance, then cut and paste the information into the Team Requirements field near the bottom of this application.
