D&J Sports Exchange/Return Policy
Please read carefully before submitting a request!

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by D & J Sports Inc.
Do not ship your return until we send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days.

D&J Sports Inc. reserves the right to refuse any and all items that have been improperly cared for or abused.

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge up to 30 days from invoice date.

Returns for reason other than defects are subject to D&J Sports Inc. approval and will require a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Any package returned to D&J Sports without written authorization or more than 30 days after receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be refused and returned to the shipping party.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for exchanged item(s) to be shipped.

Please use this form to request your return or exchange. You will need your original receipt in order to provide certain information we need for this submission process.

Once we have reviewed and approved your submission, we will send (via email) an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and other important information about your return/refund.

Be sure to write the RMA Number clearly on the mailing label. You will need a copy of the original receipt to include in the box when you ship your return, along with a copy of the email sent by us authorizing the return.

For your protection, we advise that you ship your packages using U.S.P.S, FedEx or UPS, insured for the total value of the contents.

D&J Sports Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges or packages lost in transit.
