You can increase the distance of your stroke by inhibiting the early recovery. These swim paddles will exaggerate to the swimmer both of the correct and incorrect movements, so that you will learn the correct stroke technique. The holes on the Swim Stuff Pro Team Stroke Paddles allow for water flow through the paddle and give you a natural swim stroke feel of the water. PRO TIP: Add a swim snorkel to improve your stroke more by focusing on your stroke technique without the need to worry about breathing.
