Store Policies

Terms

  • Individuals All orders must be prepaid with check, money order or Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover.
  • Clubs/Teams D & J Sports Inc. welcomes any club to apply for a credit account to be billed on a NET 5 basis. A credit application and credit card and required to guarantee and activate a new account.
  • Schools/Institutions Purchase order numbers must be provided at the time an order is placed. Please email or fax a copy of your purchase order to 214-631-4240.
  • Late Charges: A charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to any past due accounts.

How to order from D & J Sports

  • On-Line Visit the on-line catalog by selecting a Name Brand tab or by using the Quick Search Menu. When you find an item you wish to purchase, fill in the quantity, select color and size, then click the Add To Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you are ready to COMPLETE your order, click the CHECK OUT button and then enter your billing and shipping information on our secure server. All your personal information is transmitted to us in an encrypted format.

When will my credit card be billed?

  • Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped, not before.
  • In the event that some of the items you order are not available, the order will ship incomplete and your credit card will only be charged for the shipped items.

Prices and Availability

  • This on-line catalog represents items currently offered. Availability may differ.
  • Certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may not be immediately available for delivery.
  • All prices listed or quoted are subject to change without notice.
  • Please call us to verify all prices and provide quotations for those not listed.
  • We reserve the right to correct catalog mistakes and update pricing without prior notice.

Delivery

  • All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped in 24-48 hours during normal business days(Monday-Friday)
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom embroideried or printed items to ship. This includes bulk team orders and also individual team orders placed through the Team Login.
  • Deliveries are subject to availability of stock. Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Customers will be informed of lengthy delays.
  • Due to manufacturers minimums, non-stock orders of less than $150.00 may require longer processing time.
  • Items shipped separately will be charged as separate orders.
  • Occasionally we do offer free shipping, please see our Free Shipping Policy for more details.

Requiring a signature to confirm delivery

  • While it is a good idea to be home when your orders are scheduled for delivery, this is not always practical. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions; however, the final delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver/delivery service.
  • Packages left at the front door and/or at the delivery address are considered delivered. D&J Sports is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • If you wish to require a signature for delivery, please call our office after placing your order at 1-800-460-SWIM
  • Claims for un-received shipments must be made in writing within 30 days of the shipment.

International Shipping

  • All orders requesting shipment to countries other than the United States, will be shipped via FedEx International or UPS International.
  • Taxes and duties may be charged by customs in some countries, these are soley the responsibility of the purchasing party.
  • Any return shipping charges, taxes, or duties are also the sole responsibility of the purchasing party.
  • All orders requesting shipment to countries other than the United States will be held until all items on the order are available for one complete shipment. If any items are backordered, customers will be notified by email at the email address given on the order, of these items. Customers can then substitute or cancel these items if they wish.

Gift Cards 

  • Redeemable for merchandise at participating D&J Sports locations and online at djsports.com.
  • For balance inquiry, visit the gift card section at djsports.com.
  • Gift Cards are not valid for usa at any special event or swimming meet where D&J Sports may have a booth or display.
  • Gift Cards can be refilled at your local D&J Sports store and used again.
  • Gift Cards have no expiration date. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card. No Service fees are deducted.
  • To place your order online at djsports.com, select "gift card" as your payment option during the checkout process, then enter the card number. If your purchase exceeds the amount available on the Gift Card; a credit card will be required for the difference.
  • Not redeemale for cash, except where required by law.
  • If lost, stolen or used without permission, it cannot be replaced.
  • Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Exchange and Return Policy  

  • Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge up to 30 days of invoice date.
  • Returns for reason other than defective are subject to D & J Sports Inc. approval and will require a 20% restocking fee.
  • No return will be accepted without prior authorization by D & J Sports Inc.
  • Any package returned without written authorization or past 30 days from receiving a return authorization number will be refused.
  • All customized merchandise may not be returned for any reason unless defective.
  • D&J Sports Inc. reserves the right to refuse any and all items that have been improperly cared for or abused.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days of the invoice date.

  • No Returns/Exchanges on Technical Racing Suits. Including but not limited to the following suits: Speedo LZR Racer X, Speedo LZR Elite, Speedo LZR Elite 2, Speedo LZR Pro, Arena Carbon Pro, Arena Carbon Flex, Arena Powerskin R-Evo, Arena ST, TYR TracerLight, TYR Tracer B-Series, TYR Avictor, TYR AP12, Nike NG-1, Nike Flex LT, Dofin Platinum 2, Dolfin Titanium, Aquasphere MP Xpresso, all Blue Seventy suits. All sales final on these items.
  • No Returns/Exchanges for any items in the Pool Equipment category.
