Each lane consists of a series of polyethelene disks and donuts strung on a vinyl coated, 3/16in stainless steel cable. Each of these disks is designed to rotate independently of the others, thereby allowing the wave energy to be absorbed and dispersed along the channel, within the lane. Competitor racing lanes have been used in the Olympics games for many years. Competitor racing lanes are shipped assembled and ready for you to put right into the pool.
