D&J Sports uncomplicates team orders by giving you one-stop shopping on our website for all your uniforms and supplies. Team members can order their team suits, apparel and equipment online at discounted team prices, with everything shipped directly to them.

To get your team registered with D&J Sports, start by filling out the Team Registration form. Be sure to include what suit, apparel and equipment you require for your team members.

After we get your team program and website page organized, we will provide you with a team log-in and password. Your team members can log in at their convenience to place their orders.

Shop the D & J Sports website so you can prepare your list of swim suit and equipment requirements in advance, then cut and paste the information into the Team Requirements field near the bottom of this application.

 If NO, then please call 1-800-460-7946 to place a bulk order or you may place your order online without needing to sign-up for a custom webpage. You will receive still receive team pricing when you order 12 or more of the same style.
