The Hydro Hip provides resistance training to build power for hip rotation. The Hydro Hip consists of a belt and two small fins that protrude from it, intended to be worn around the swimmer's waist. Training with the Hydro Hip builds rotational muscles for a quick and powerful hip rotation that naturally increases efficiency and speed. Optimum results occur once the Hydro Hip is removed and the force of resistance is eliminated. At this point, hip rotation occurs faster and distance per stroke increases.
